NO-SHOWS While unforeseen circumstances may arise, a missed appointment without 24 hour notice not only compromises my ability to serve other clients, but also results in lost time and resources. For these appointments a 15% cost of the service will be levied. RIGHT TO DECLINE SERVICE I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is behaving inappropriately, is intoxicated, or whose health may affect the results of the service. LATE ARRIVALS I value both your time and the time of our other customers. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may need to reschedule or abbreviate your treatment. SICK POLICY Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling sick or showing symptoms of a cold or flu. Your appointment will be cancelled if you arrive unwell. If you need to reschedule, please reach out beforehand. GUEST POLICY For purposes of safety and sanitation, person receiving treatment is the only person allowed in the treatment room. KNOW BEFORE YOU GO Please wear comfy clothes and comfy hairstyle. NO heavy makeup. Before facials NO use of facial products that include active ingredients. Example: Panoxyl, Acutane, Differin, Retinols, ETC. WEDNESDAY TREATMENTS Due to scheduling facials are not available on this day. Scheduling a facial on Wednesday will be rescheduled.
